Points of Interest
*Please show up at least 15 minutes before game time so we can put together a lineup. After that you will probably not be in the starting lineup. Even sooner is better so you can warm up. We lost a lot of people to muscle pulls last year. *We play even if it is raining so assume we are playing unless you get an email from me. I will email everyone a half hour before game time if the game is off. I leave for the game about then so if you haven't heard from me it is on. It is important to show up because we will forfeit if the other team shows and we do not (and vice versa). *Please give the rest of the team the courtesy of sending me an email if you cannot make a game, preferably a few days before the game, but it's better to know that morning than never. *We must play 2 women in the field at all times. *Bring $1 to the game to pay the umpires each game. Try not to leave it "in the car". It's a long walk. *No metal cleats allowed. *You must play in seven games to be eligible for the playoffs. *Top 4 teams in each division (all but one team) make the playoffs, which start the week after the regular season ends. Remember, we are doing this to have fun. We'll win our share of games, but everyone will play. There's no need to be concerned with how well you do, just try hard and enjoy yourselves. Bring the family to the games if you can. We do not want injuries if at all possible.
